What is Integritas HRMS?
Integritas HRMS is a cloud HR and payroll platform that manages the whole employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to attendance, leave, payroll, engagement and exit, in one system.
Who is it built for?
Indian organisations that want to replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools: single-entity companies, multi-location businesses and groups that run several legal entities.
Does it handle Indian payroll compliance?
Yes. Payroll supports provident fund wage ceilings, ESI limits, state professional tax slabs and income tax with both regimes, and produces payslips and bank payment files.
Can we run more than one company in a single account?
Yes. Each legal entity has its own payroll, payslip numbering, letterhead and signatories under one login.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform works fully in a mobile browser and exposes an API for mobile punching. A dedicated app is planned.
Can it connect to background verification?
Yes. Integritas has run background verification for over ten years, and HRMS lets you collect and review candidate documents before an employee record is created.
