Attendance management that feeds payroll
Record the working day as it really happened: several punches, breaks, client visits and late arrivals, with location checks and corrections that managers can approve.
Integritas HRMS records attendance with web and mobile punching, shift and break tracking, location checks against branch coordinates, overtime calculation and regularisation requests, and passes the result to payroll.
Designed around the real work
Location checks without lost attendance
Each branch has coordinates and a radius. A punch made further away is flagged and the people you choose are alerted, but the punch is still recorded.
The day as it happened
Punch in and out as many times as needed. Breaks carry a reason and an allowance, and the day is summed from every session.
Shifts and working weeks
Branches set their own working days, including alternate Saturdays off, and shifts drive late and overtime calculation.
Corrections with approval
Forgot to punch out? Employees raise a regularisation request and the right approver decides it.
Rosters and calendars
A daily roster across the team, monthly calendars per person, and a flag on days that need a correction.
Straight into payroll
Paid days, loss of pay and overtime come from the same record, so payroll and attendance cannot disagree.

Attendance questions
Does it support geo-fenced attendance?
Yes. Branches carry coordinates and a radius. A punch outside the radius is flagged and alerts go to the people you nominate. The punch is still recorded, because a client visit and a poor GPS fix look the same from the system.
Can employees punch in from a phone?
The platform works in a mobile browser and exposes an API for mobile punching. Mobile punching is controlled per employee, off by default, so you decide who may use it.
How are breaks and overtime handled?
Each break type has an allowance and says whether it counts as work time. Overtime is calculated from the shift, and paying for it is a payroll setting that starts switched off.
What if someone forgets to punch out?
They keep their day as present, and an optional setting closes open punches after the shift and marks the day as needing a correction, which the employee fixes through a request.
Can we have alternate Saturdays off?
Yes. A branch can mark chosen Saturdays, such as the 1st and 3rd, as weekly offs, and leave, payroll and reports all respect that.
