Payroll software built for Indian compliance

Pay people accurately from real attendance and leave, with provident fund, ESI, professional tax and income tax worked out the way the rules actually work, not as flat percentages.

Integritas HRMS is payroll software for Indian companies. It calculates salary from attendance and leave, applies PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS rules, issues payslips as PDFs and produces a validated bank payment file.

What you get

Designed around the real work

Statutory rules done properly

PF is taken on a capped wage, ESI stops above its limit, and professional tax follows a slab table per state. Higher salaries are not over-charged.

Pay from real attendance

Paid days come from attendance and approved leave. Loss of pay is prorated, and mid-month joiners and leavers are paid for their share of the month.

Income tax with the working shown

TDS is projected across the year using declarations and verified proofs, with the old and new regimes compared side by side and every figure explained.

More than one company

Each legal entity runs its own payroll with its own payslip numbering, registration numbers, letterhead and signatory.

A controlled approval flow

Runs move from draft to approval to paid. Approving publishes payslips, and issued payslips keep the figures they went out with.

Payslips and bank file

Numbered payslip PDFs with net pay in words, emailed on approval. The bank file is checked in full before it is written, so one bad account number does not fail the whole upload.

How it works

From setup to done in four steps

  1. 1

    Set up salary structures

Define components as fixed amounts or percentages, with statutory rules attached.

  2. 2

    Run the month

Attendance and approved leave produce paid days. Overtime can be included if you choose.

  3. 3

    Review and approve

Check the register, fix what a pre-run check flags, and approve.

  4. 4

    Pay and publish

Download the bank file, mark the run paid and employees see their payslips.

FAQ

Payroll questions

Does the payroll software handle PF, ESI and professional tax?

Yes. Provident fund can be calculated on a wage ceiling, ESI applies only up to its gross wage limit, and professional tax uses a slab table. Professional tax is set by each state, so check the slabs you load against your state before the first run.

Can it deduct income tax (TDS) from salaries?

Yes, and it is switched off until you turn it on. When on, tax is projected for the year using declarations and verified proofs, and both tax regimes are shown side by side so the employee and HR can see the difference.

Can we run payroll for more than one company?

Yes. Payroll runs for one legal entity at a time, and each has its own payslip numbers, registration details, letterhead and signatory.

Which bank file formats are supported?

A generic CSV plus layouts for HDFC, ICICI, SBI and Axis. The screen shows the columns it will write so you can compare them with your bank template before the first upload, and a file is only produced when every row passes validation.

Can employees download their payslips?

Yes. Approved payslips are available to each employee as a PDF and can be emailed automatically.

Can we move our existing salary data in?

Yes. Salary structures, employees, leave balances and attendance history can be imported from spreadsheets, and every row is checked before anything is written.
